Anxiety develops in the gap between the physical environment and our biological coping mechanism that hasn’t changed for thousands of years – not yet adapted to this rapid change. this is why urban jungle is a fit . Therefore anxiety is a phenomenon so widespread that one of five people (twenty percent) suffer from it at some point in life.
We all worry and fear in times of change, periods of crisis and just occasionally, but when persistent worries and leave you everywhere, constant over time they erode the sense of security, control and our belief that it would be good. Anxiety over time can cause you to doubt your abilities, to question everything again and again and be in a constant state of stress and distress. Long lasting anxiety can also develop anxiety disorder and harm your health in everyday functioning and mental health.
