Effective therapy from the comfort of your home.

Not everyone who is seeking therapy can travel the distances required to reach the  clinic of a psychotherapist offering cognitive behavioral therapy .

Causes for seeking online therapy varies:

  • Physical disability that makes it possible to leave your home.
  • living in remote areas far from major cities and Cognitive therapists.
  • Difficulties leaving the house do to mental issues – people who suffer from anxiety often can’t leave the house, for example Agoraphobic people or Hoarders.
  • Time and resource constraints – there are busy people who have difficulty finding the time to travel back and forth from the clinic
  • Shame and Fear from exposure – some People suffer from shame or fear of being exposed.
  • Personal Preference-  In modern times more and more people chose E-therapy to save time and traveling costs.
